FIELD: mixing engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: recirculation mixer comprises horizontal chambers and shafts mounted in the chambers. The chambers define two mixing units arranged in the vertical plane. The top mixing unit comprises single chamber, and the bottom unit is composed of two chambers. The shaft of the top chamber is provided with single-thread screw blades whose length is 0.3-0.6 of the pitch of the screw. The blades are turned one with respect to the other by an angle of 170-190°. The shafts of the bottom chambers are provided with double-thread screw blades whose length is equal to 0.2-0.4 of the screw pitch, and the screws are turned one with respect to the other by an angle of 80-95°. The single-thread and double-thread screw blades are provided with interrupted surface and have different direction of the screw. The direction of the screw is the same as the direction of rotation of the shaft for uneven blades, and the direction of the screw is opposite to that of rotation of the shaft for even blades. The charging branch pipes are mounted in the top chamber, and each of the bottom chambers has discharging branch pipe. The screw lines of the single-thread blades could be oriented under an angle of 10-35° to the horizontal axis, and screw lines of the double-thread blades could be positioned at an angle of 5-20° to the horizontal axis. Each of two chambers of the bottom mixing unit is inclined to the vertical axis under an angle of 30-45°. ^ EFFECT: improved mixing and reduced sizes of the mixer. ^ 4 cl, 2 dwg |
