METHOD FOR DIAGNOSTICS OF DIABETES MELLITUS II TYPE IN PATIENTS WITH MYOCARDIAL Q-INFARCTION WITH METABOLIC SYNDROME

The method for diagnostics of diabetes mellitus II type in patients with myocardial Q-infarction with metabolic syndrome is carried out by the glycated hemoglobin test in all patients in the acute period of myocardial infarction with the metabolic factors of risk (abdominal obesity, arterial hypertension, hyperlipemia, insulinoresistivity) independently of glucose level on an empty stomach in the first period of the myocardial infarction.
