MICRO ACTUATOR AND DATA STORAGE APPARATUS EMPLOYING THE SAME

A micro-actuator and an information storing device adopting the same are provided to enhance size efficiency and be strong in disturbance. A plurality of stages(32-35), elastically supported by a supporting part, has mounting surfaces in which driven bodies are mounted. The stages(32-35) are disposed to be mutually adjacent. A plurality of levers(50) is formed among a plurality of the stages(32-35). Both ends of the levers(50) are connected to the adjacent stages. When one stage is moved, a plurality of the lever(50) provides force so that another stage adjacent to the one stage is moved in a direction opposite to the movement direction of the one stage. A driving part having a coil and permanent magnets provides driving force to the respective stages(32-35).
