An apparatus for exchanging defective parts in a PCB(Printed Circuit Board) panel is provided to accurately correct a location by preventing the movement of the PCB panel installed on a PCB installing plate. In an apparatus for exchanging defective parts in a PCB panel, a body unit(100) is composed of a lower frame(110), a vertical frame(120), and a lower base(130). A linear driving unit(200) is located on the lower base(130), and drives right and left, front and back, and up and down. A suction port(300) is provided at an upper end of the linear driving unit(200), and vacuum-sucks PCB parts to be located in a location from which the defective PCB parts of the PCB panel are removed. A PCB panel installing plate(400) is fixedly installed at an upper part of the linear driving unit(200), and the PCB panel to remove the defective PCB parts is installed thereon. A PCB fixing member(500) presses a predetermined upper part of the PCB panel to fixedly install the PCB panel. A pair of vision cameras(701,702) are individually driven to read locations of specific points of the PCB panel installing plate(400), the PCB panel, and the PCB parts. A camera transferring linear driving unit(600) drives right and left, and front and back with respect to the PCB panel installing plate(400). The control unit controls the linear driving unit(200) and the camera transferring linear driving unit(600) by outputting location control data based on the read result of the vision cameras(701,702).
