FIELD: physics, measurement. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of liquid medium structural condition research, in particular to determination of giant heterophase clusters of water (GTKV), and may be used for determination of liquid medicines genuineness in pharmacological industry, genuineness of liquid water-containing products (mineral table waters, alcohol-free and alcoholic drinks) in food industry, and also for analysis of deuterium-light water in power engineering. Method consists in alternate passage of monochromatic laser beam of visible light through reference sample and investigated liquid medium, generation of light scattering images on screen, their transformation into digital signal, conversion to black and white image and their comparison in mode of matrix subtraction for obtainment of only those fragments on image that characterise water structural condition. ^ EFFECT: provision of high accuracy of GTKV determination with error of clusters definition with sizes from 2 to 150 mcm that makes from 1,1 to 2,9%, considerable increase in efficiency of detection of counterfeit medicines, alcoholic and alcohol-free beverages, chemical reagents, etc. ^ 7 cl, 10 tbl |
