Blank 1 in dynamically changing portion 9 of light reduction is reduced while taking into account compression strength measured near separate reducing rollers 10 or roller segments 11 depending upon locally created pressure effort. Curvilinear guide 3 with device 4a for spraying cooling liquid 4 is joined with dry portion 24 operating without cooling liquid 4 and used as isolation 25 surrounding blank 1 for preventing heat sink by radiation. There is portion 9 for reduction arranged near unit 8 for bending and straightening (before or after it). Said portion 9 includes separate hydraulically controlled reducing rollers 10 or several hydraulically controlled roller segments 11. ^ EFFECT: possibility for achieving desired temperature distribution in blank, for optimizing reduction process in order to create suitable structures after solidification. ^ 19 cl, 13 dwg |
