Provided is a street light pole having a reinforced structure made out of an aluminum alloy, to substantially reduce the weight of the light pole and to benefit from the properties of the aluminum alloy such as ductility and malleability so that it becomes easier to install and carry around. The street light pole is manufactured by preparing a mold of an outer casing of the pole(S1); preparing an upper and a lower mold(S2), together forming a space into which molten metal is injected to form a light pole shape; installing a reinforced structure plate(S3); merging the upper and lower molds again and pouring molten metal into a space therein(S4); taking out the casting from the mold(S5) and getting rid of molding sand from the surface of the casting: removing a gate sprue, a runner, and a riser attached to the surface of the casting(S6); polishing and performing surface treatment(S7); and inspecting and shipping the light pole(S8). |
