A shoe of disk brake consists of a polymeric composite friction element and a metal frame. The surface of body, which contacts with the friction element, is rough, and the relief of rough surface is stepped in the shape of the irregularities, which form the lines of cavities and lugs, made in longitudinal and transverse direction.
