The proposed device for pulse feed of air into a furnace contains a blower and a unit for generating pulse air flow. The blower is coupled with the volume over the distribution grid of the furnace via a nonreturn valve and with the volume under the distribution grid via a nonreturn valve and an air feed restrictor. The unit for generating pulse air flow contains a cylindrical chamber with a movable piston and a drive for the piston. The cavities of the chamber that are separated by the piston alternatively communicate with the atmosphere and the furnace by a valve system.
