A rolling stand contains a bed, which is formed by lateral racks with a cross-beam, on which one of two working shafts are mounted, and also a mechanism of adjustment of roll space, made as a component of variable length. The mill has a base, on which the second working shaft is mounted and which with the help of hinged axles is connected with free ends of lateral racks, and the component of variable length is hingedly connected with the cross-beam and base.
