Fragmentation warhead of ground-to-air missile has a body, a propellant charge placed inside the body and mechanism for bringing the propellant charge into effect, and damage agents placed at outer surface of the propellant charge. Damage agents have a body, a delay element of damage agents, a propellant charge of damage agents, destructive segments and stress concentrators. The body of the damage agents is separated with stress concentrators to destruction segments.
