An anisotropic conductive film and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent an overflow of an adhesive layer by attaching a protective film on the conductive film only when a fusing viscosity of the adhesive layer satisfies a predetermined condition. At least one adhesive layer(120) is sequentially laminated on a first peeling film(110). An uppermost surface of an anisotropic conductive film(100') of the adhesive layer is exposed. A fusing temperature of the adhesive layers is between 100 and 200°C. A second peeling film(130) is attached on the uppermost surface. The single adhesive layer has a rectangular plate shape with a predetermined thickness and contains conductive particles. The adhesive layers include at least one anisotropic conductive layer, while the rest of the adhesive layers are made of insulation adhesive layers.
