FIELD: biotechnolohy, microbiology, medicine, pharmaceutical industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: lipopolysaccharide composition containing lipid A is obtained by growing of culture derived from strongly rough mutent bacterial strain, conditioning thereof in stationary phase and extraction of target product from cell culture.
