FIELD: apparatuses for compacting mixtures, for example different compositions of powder materials or asphalt-concrete mixture at performing continuous shaping, compacting processes, possibly in different industry branches and in building for making products. ^ SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes hopper where working body in the form of cylindrical body mounted on rotation axis shifted relative to axis of cylindrical body is arranged. Working body is mounted with possibility of rotation for acting upon mixture and for leaving slit of hopper at rotation. Cylindrical cavity may be formed in hopper for placing working body; diameter of said cylindrical cavity is equal to two distance values from rotation center of working body till its most distant point. Working body in the form of eccentric may have through opening passing through rotation center of eccentric where moving plate is mounted. One end of said plate is secured to contour follower mounted in guiding trough. Shape of said trough is selected according to condition of protruding plate from working body for gripping mixture when eccentric gets out its limit lower position at rotation of working body and enters working body when it gets out its limit upper position. Apparatus may also have calibrating device mounted with possibility of rotation and made in the form of cylindrical body with relief surface. Surface of working body in the form of eccentric also may be relief one. Several hoppers with working bodies may be mounted on housing. Hoppers with working bodies may be mounted in different levels and they may be inclined one relative to other. Mold for compaction may be placed under hopper; mold and housing of device may be made with possibility of motion one relative to other. ^ EFFECT: apparatus for compacting mixtures is simplified due to elimination of step of mixture feed to working zone by means of special mechanism, increased compaction effort, improved quality of surface. ^ 11 cl, 6 dwg |
