FIELD: method for molding of soles on shoe, welt make and mould for realization of the method. ^ SUBSTANCE: in the method for molding of the sole of plastic for example of polyurethane, and of the shoe welt on the shoe upper use is made of a mould so as to obtain a finished shoe with a welt appearance. The mould has a last, on which the shoe upper is located, upper part of the mould and lower part of the mould. The upper part of the mould is separated along the longitudinal middle plane, it has two halves made for transverse movement relative to the lower part of the mould between the open and closed positions of the mould. The lower part of the mould is made for vertical movement relative to the upper part of the mould between the open and closed positions of the mould. Use is made of a ring=shaped shoe welt having an inner outline essentially corresponding to the outer outline of the lower lateral part of the shoe upper, which corresponds to the welt position in the finished shoe. The ring-shaped welt is placed in mould in its open position. The two halves of the upper part of the mould are brought together and the lower part of the mould is shifted to its closed position. The upper projection of each of the halves is extended above the shoe ring-shaped welt. As a result, the ring-shaped bearing surface on the upper surface of the mould lower part gets engageable with the pressure surface on the lower surface of the projection on each half of the mould upper part so that the welt part facing the shoe upper gets inclined inside and downwards for bringing the inner extreme surface of the welt to a tight contact with the lower lateral part of the shoe upper. Then the shoe sole is molded by the known method feeding the plastic to the mould space. ^ EFFECT: comparatively simple and reliable setting of the ring-shaped shoe welt without causing and inflow of the sole material between the shoe welt and upper so that it would become visible on the finished shoe. ^ 16 cl, 13 dwg |
