A system and a method for providing a customized loan in the Internet are provided to offer a loan service to a customer by appointing a consultant close to the customer based on location information inputted from the customer, and making the consultant visit the customer and have consultation to the customer. A member terminal(100) inputs member information, inquires loan goods information, makes a loan consultation application, and checks the consultant appointed to the member and loan progress. A consultant terminal(130) inputs the member information, and checks basic information of the loan consultation application, and views the member assigned to the consultant. A web server(110) provides a webpage for inputting/checking the information to the member terminal and the consultant terminal, and registers the member information and the loan consultation application to a database(120). An SMS(Short Message Service) transceiver(160) informs the consultant of appointment, and receives the location information and consultation progress information from the consultant by using a short message. |
