Electrode plates installed in an apparatus of generating a mixed gas of oxygen and hydrogen to increase the generation amount of the mixed gas of oxygen and hydrogen by increasing the contact area with an electrolyte and the passing amount of electricity, and an apparatus of generating a mixed gas of oxygen and hydrogen which can simply install the electrode plates and terminals in an electrolytic cell, and can simply perform the replacement of the electrode plates and the terminals are provided. In an apparatus of generating a mixed gas of oxygen and hydrogen, comprising an electrolytic cell, and a plurality of electrode plates which are arranged in a predetermined gap within the electrolytic cell to generate the mixed gas of oxygen and hydrogen by electrolyzing an electrolyte using an electric current applied from terminals, the electrode plates installed in the apparatus of generating a mixed gas of oxygen and hydrogen comprise: a plurality of projecting elements(38) formed on the front of the electrode plates by punching three faces except one face of the electrode plates; and through-holes(40) formed in the electrode plate at the same size as the projecting elements by slantly bending the projecting elements to one side. The electrode plates further comprise a bent part(34) integrally formed on an upper face of the electrode plates.
