To repair a pipeline (1), a lining material (3) is inserted, while being turned inside out, into the pipeline (1) by causing a pressure medium to act on a pressure container. The lining material (3) is pressed to the inner peripheral surface of the pipeline (1). In this state, vapor mist (20a) is sprayed from a vapor tube (16) and water at normal temperature is sprayed from a cooling-medium tube (30). This mixes the vapor mist and the normal temperature water of the sprayed state. The mixing causes the vapor mist to be almost uniformly cooled, and the cooled vapor mist is blown to the inner surface of the lining material (3). By this, a heat-hardening resin impregnated in the lining material is heated and hardened at optimum temperature. The same effect can be obtained without providing the cooling-medium tube (30), by spraying either only vapor mist or warm water mist.
