A method of forming a decorative keypad is provided to reduce the number of processes and to achieve aesthetic enhancement of the keypad. A method of forming a decorative keypad includes a step of determining the shape of a product to be formed; a step of applying a coating solution into a mold(3); a step of putting a sheet onto the coating solution and solidifying the resultant structure by using heat or ultraviolet ray; and a step of separating the sheet from the resultant structure. The rear surface of the product is provided with smoothness by applying the sheet onto a rear surface of the product.
