A multi-layer anisotropic conductive film is provided to prevent adjacent elements from being short-circuited to each other by reducing the amount of conductive particles, which are transferred between the adjacent electrodes. A multi-layer anisotropic conductive film includes first and second conductive adhesive layers. The first conductive adhesive layer(550) is manufactured by using an insulation adhesive agent as a base material. First conductive particles(551) are dispersed in the first conductive adhesive layer. The width of the second conductive adhesive layer(650) is narrower than the width of the first conductive adhesive layer. The second conductive adhesive layer is laminated on one side of the first conductive adhesive layer. The second conductive adhesive layer is manufactured by using the insulation adhesive agent as the base material. Second conductive particles(651) are dispersed in the second conductive adhesive layer.
