A disposable type powder packing container is provided to eliminate additional processes such as cleaning of the container after used and to immediately stir and knead powders with a water solution at any places without the other container or tools. The disposable type powder packing container for packing the proper amount of powders(30) and conveniently stirring the powder with a water solution without using the other container is composed of a vinyl packing container(100) in which powders are piled; a water solution input port(50) positioned at the upper end in the vertical direction of the packing container and bonded to input the water solution easily; a water solution blocking unit(60) connected with the lower end of the water solution input port to control the flow of the input water solution; and a powder storage part(70) providing a space to stir the water solution input through the water solution blocking unit with the powder. The powders are stirred together with the water solution flowing into the powder storage part, as if a user directly stirs the powder and the water solution with hands.
