FIELD: baking industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for molding fancy baked goods, for instance, cakes. Proposed installation contains dies, molding mechanism consisting of press tool with raised template and shell arranged to provide formation of closed chamber together with die at pressing of put-in semiproduct, lever-type transmission mechanism and drive. Installation is furnished additionally with second die, second press tool with shell. Dies are installed coaxially to press tools on stationary support disks, and lever mechanism is made in form of vertical post with fitted-on rocker and cross-member. Post is connected with drive by tie-rod, lever and profile cam, and molding is furnished additionally with push-out springs and elastic plates. Press tool with raised template is formed by system of hard and elastic elements. Travel of molding mechanism is preset to provided space between lower edge "k" of shell and surface of working table, when working chamber is closed. Invention improves operating condition for confectioners, increases capacity and reduces labor input. ^ EFFECT: improved industrial efficiency, safety, sanitary and hygienic conditions when handling flour and other components, provision of wasteless technology and saving of raw materials. ^ 2 dwg |
