A vehicle control device using a biochip is provided to automatically perform a door lock/unlock control, an engine start control, and an automatic setting of a drive environment by using the biochip implanted in the human body of a driver. A vehicle control device includes a biochip(10) and at least one sensor(40). The biochip is implanted in the body of a driver and outputs a radio signal including an intrinsic identification code. The sensor is installed in a door handle of a vehicle, a start button of an ignition module, and a rotary switch to detect the operation of the user. The vehicle control device communicates with a vehicle network if the identification information output from the biochip and the registered identification code are not identical to lock and unlock the door, start an engine, and control a seat module and a mirror module.
