An earphone type wireless transceiver for a portable phone set is provided to make an earphone be easily set in the ear and be firmly attached for preventing the earphone from easily getting out of the ear, to enhance a sound transmission or receipt state as well as a put-on feeling by making a body of the transceiver be naturally in close contact with a cheek. An earphone type wireless transceiver for a portable phone set comprises an earphone(13), an upper case(11), a lower case(12), an earphone holder(18), a hinge axis(17) and a guide recess. The earphone(13) gets inserted into the outer ear if a user holds a lower part of the cases(11,12) and pulls it downward or pushes an upper surface of the upper case(11) while making the earphone be in contact with the outer ear. When the earphone gets inserted into the outer ear, the earphone moves along a shape of the outer ear, moves upward along the guide recess while the earphone holder(18) rotates centering on the hinge axis(17), makes an angle for easily being set in the outer ear, and then is set in the outer ear. If the earphone is set and then gets released from a user's hand, the earphone moves downward along the guide recess, the lower case is in close contact with a face and an ear lobe is fixed in a space between the lower case(12) and the earphone(13) by making a twisted spring push the earphone holder(18) downward.
