A bedstead leg and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve assembly and productivity by preparing a part for connecting members constituting a frame and a part for supporting the frame as a single integrated extruded material. The bedstead legs connect members constituting each side of a frame and have an L-shape to support the frame and the ground. To form the leg(10), a core(40) is inserted into an extruding mold(30), a melting resin is injected into a forming space(50a) that is formed between the extruding mold(30) and the core(40) to manufacture a single integrated extruded material. In the single integrated extruded material, an upper part is shut off, a lower part is open and a hollow portion corresponding to the shape of the core(40) is formed inside. The width of the hollow portion becomes greater as it goes toward a lower part thereof.
