A secondary battery is provided to improve feeding efficiency of an insulating case to the inside of a can, to inhibit the bending occurrence of an insulating case, and to prevent separation of the insulating case from the can. The secondary battery comprises: an electrode assembly formed by stacking two electrodes and a separator interposed between the two electrodes and winding the laminate into a roll; a can for accommodating the electrode assembly; and a cap assembly which combines with an opened top of the can. An insulating case(190) is installed between the electrode assembly and the cap assembly, wherein a trace(195) injected with a raw material of the insulating case(190) is left on the upside of the insulating case(190). |
