A plasma display device and a driving device thereof are provided to enhance reliability of a driving circuit by supplying a bias voltage to a panel capacitor and performing a power recovery operation through a single inductor in a sustain electrode driver. A plasma display device includes a plasma display panel and a driver(400). The plasma display panel includes plural discharge cells, which are formed on the cross sections of plural first to third electrodes. The driver includes an inductor(L), and first to third transistors. The inductor is connected to the second electrodes. The first transistor(Xr), which is connected between the inductor and a voltage source for power recovery, raises the voltage of the second electrodes to a second voltage. The second transistor(Xf), which is connected between the inductor and the voltage source for power recovery, lowers the voltage of the second electrodes to a fourth voltage lower than the second voltage. The third transistor, which is connected between a second terminal of the inductor and a first voltage source for supplying a third voltage, supplies the third voltage to the second electrodes.
