An air condition system for a vehicle using an exhaust heat is provided to improve the heating and cooling performance inside the vehicle without any obstruction and loss in an operation power of an engine. An air condition system for a vehicle using an exhaust heat includes a gas tank(1). The gas tank includes a partition wall(1a), a heating device room(2), and a cooling device room(3). The heating device room and the cooling device room are partitioned with the partition wall inside the gas tank. A heat collecting and radiating heater(4) of a low temperature melting salt is installed in the heating device room. A starling engine cooler(5) is installed in the cooling device room. A vehicle exhaust heat supply conversion valve(9) is installed between a heater heating supply pipe(6), a helium gas supply pipe(7), and a vehicle engine exhaust heat supply pipe(8).
