A sunglass holder is provided to adjust the height thereof to change the wearing position of sunglasses according to the size of a user's face, and to prevent the sunglasses from being separated easily. The sunglass holder includes a fixing member(10), a middle member(20), a control block(31) and a connection member(30). The fixing member(10) is fixed on a cap, a bag, etc., and an opening portion(16) is formed on one side of the fixing member(10). The middle member(20) includes an attaching/detaching portion(22) and a guide portion(26). The control block(31) moves vertically along the guide portion(26) and fixes the position of the sunglass holder. An upper end of connection member(30) is connected to the control block(31) and a lower end of the connection member(30) is connected to the sunglass.
