A blank material feeder for a transfer press is provided to continuously feed blank materials to the transfer press by sequentially circulating feeding blocks along the inner side of a rectangular frame with a horizontal pulling member and a vertical pulling member. In a blank material feeder for a transfer press, feeding blocks installed in a rectangular frame are sequentially rotated in one direction along the inner side of the rectangular frame by alternately performing a horizontal movement by a horizontal pulling member(30) and a vertical movement by a vertical pulling member(40). If the blank materials of the feeding blocks located at lower portions of a clamp of the transfer press is fed to the transfer press, the feeding blocks are moved horizontally by the horizontal pulling member to form a space section. The feeding blocks are vertically moved by the vertical pulling member so that the blank materials can be continuously fed to the transfer press.
