A device of air supplying for a waste water treatment apparatus and a waste water treatment apparatus having the same are provided to carry out cleaning of pipes easily and conveniently at any time through manual or automatic operation without disassembling the waste water treatment apparatus. A device of air supplying for a waste water treatment apparatus includes an air supply part(11) disposed at a lower part of a plane membrane module(30) and having at least one or more air injection holes, and first and second air supply lines(12,13) connected to the air supply part respectively for supplying air to the air supply part, wherein a drain line(14) is connected to the second air supply line. In a waste water treatment mode, the drain line is closed and air is supplied to the air supply part through the first and second air supply lines. In a cleaning mode, the drain line is opened and the air is supplied to the air supply part through the first air supply line so that impurities are removed from the first and second air supply lines and discharged through the drain line. |
