An organic light emitting diode display device and a method for fabricating the same are provided to reduce power consumption by reducing unnecessary voltage consumption by reducing an IR drop. A driving circuit part includes a first TFT(Thin Film Transistor) and a second TFT arranged in a sub pixel region of a driving circuit board respectively. An organic light emitting diode is arranged on the top of the driving circuit part, and includes a first pixel electrode, a second pixel electrode and an emission layer arranged between the first and second pixel electrodes. A source line and a drain line are formed on the equal layer with the same material as the first pixel electrode. In the source and drain lines, a data line(330) comprises a first TFT source electrode part(332) connected to a source region of the first TFT through a via hole. A common voltage line(340) comprises a second TFT source electrode part(342) connected to a source region of the second TFT through a via hole. A capacitor top electrode(324) is formed in a body with the common voltage line. A second TFT drain electrode part(412) is connected to a drain region of the second TFT through a via hole and is formed in a body with the first pixel electrode. |
