A fuel injection apparatus using steam is provided to reduce the amount of exhaust gas by mixing and discharging a vapor having high pressure and temperature with a wasted oil. A fuel injection apparatus using steam includes a water tank(110), a fuel tank(120), a steam generating unit(140), a first pipe(150), a backward flow prevention member(160), a second pipe(170), a venturi nozzle(180), a temperature detection unit, and a control unit(200). The venturi nozzle is connected to a third pipe branched from the second pipe and is connected to the fuel tank and a fourth pipe to inject the steam generated in the steam generating unit and the fuel supplied from the fuel tank to a burner boiler. The temperature detection unit is provided in the burner boiler. The control unit controls the initial operation of an auxiliary heater and controls the auxiliary heater according to a signal from the temperature detection unit.
