Bands (3) are fixed to the interior of the clothing cover (1). Each band is detachably fixed on the front side and rear side of the helmet (2). At the ends of each band are quick-action fasteners (13,15,16) that engage around the edge of the helmet. Press-studs and a snap-to fastener may also be used. One of the bands has a wider flared end.
