A mask for thin film deposition and an organic electro-luminescence display device using the same are provided to prevent sagging of the mask by forming apertures corresponding to at least two pixel regions in a part corresponding to a number of pixel regions with a gap of 90-170 micrometers. In a mask(210) for thin film deposition to deposit red, green and blue emission layers on a number of pixel regions, a number of apertures(211) are formed at a part corresponding to the number of pixel regions on the mask. The gap between the apertures is 90-170 micrometers. The pixel region is a first electrode layer revealed by a pixel definition film including the aperture on a number of first electrode layers formed on a substrate along one direction.
