A uniform heating apparatus for a microwave oven with a flat table is provided to remove vertical and horizontal heating differences in a cooking chamber in order to uniformly heat foods. A uniform heating apparatus for a microwave oven with a flat table includes an antenna part(20), and a stirrer part(30). The antenna part is disposed in an upper casing(11). The stirrer part is disposed in a lower casing(13). The antenna part is installed at a side casing(15), and is connected to a magnetron(17) to generate electronic waves by receiving current. The magnetron is coupled to a waveguide(19) to transmit the electronic waves. The stirrer part is installed at a space between the flat table and the lower casing. The flat table is formed of glass or ceramic. The stirrer part is installed at the space under the flat table.
