The method involves realizing an identification tag (1) on a support (2) made of thermoformable plastic material (3) e.g. PVC, of a presentation and style geometrical cut (4). The support is covered with a plastic film or color or transparent printable paper possessing an adhesive surface. The plastic film is configured to receive multi-chrome or monochrome impression of a digital press or a digital photocopier. The support is configured to receive image, logo and text by an impression system. An independent claim is also included for an identification tag comprising an identification part.
