A pulse discharge piling method is provided to perform construction work with low noise and low vibration by excluding a patting process of a pile, to heighten economic effect by increasing the end area and skin area of a pile and reducing the length of a pile in the soft ground and to secure bearing capacity of a pile in the soft ground. The pulse discharge piling method comprises the steps of: forming a perforated hole by perforating the ground where a structure is to be constructed in the downward direction using an auger screw together with a casing screw(10); drawing out the auger screw and the casing screw and placing mortar to the perforated hole simultaneously(20); inserting a discharge device to the perforated hole filled with the mortar(30); consolidating and expanding a perforated wall around the perforated hole by supplying pulse power to the discharge device and pulse-discharging in the discharge device(40); filling up the perforated hole with same mortar as the mortar filled in the perforated hole(50); increasing bearing capacity of the pile by inserting a reinforcement member to the perforated hole filled with mortar(60); curing the mortar filled in the perforated hole for appointed hours(70); and reinforcing and finishing a head of the pile(80).
