An optical information reproducing device using holography and an optical information recording device are provided to reduce size or weight of an optical pickup by decreasing mobile elements, and to enable high-speed and high-precision control, thus size or weight of an optical information processing device is reduced. An objective lens(160) projects a reference beam on a set position of an optical information recording medium(200), and a reproduction beam reproduced from the medium(200) is incident on the objective lens. An optical information detector(170) detects the reproduction beam passing through the lens(160). A driver(196) changes a distance between the detector(170) and the lens(160). An image controller(180) controls a focus and magnification between a detection image detected from the detector(170) and an output image outputted by the reproduction beam passing through the lens(160) as the distance between the detector(170) and the lens(160) is changed.
