A pipe measurement system and a pipe measurement method are provided to prevent damage to a cable by connecting the cable to a movable robot unit via a roller. A pipe measurement method includes a step of displaying a pipe measurement module on a display of a main controller; a step(S10) of inputting construction information; a step(S20-1,S20-2) of combining the input construction information, combining motion picture, distance measurement information and angle measurement information with the construction information, and storing the combined information; a step(S30) of retrieving the stored file; a step(S40-1,S40-2) of retrieving still image on the repaired part together with the relevant distance, and inputting abnormal or repair state; and a step(S50-1,S50-2) of storing an abnormality report or a maintenance and repair report indicating an angle profile, abnormal and repaired part still image, distance and abnormal and repaired state corresponding to the image.
