An apparatus and a method for displaying images are provided to maintain a designated image within a specific size even on small thumbnail screens to read the image and effectively display images on a single screen. A method for displaying images includes a step of inputting a preference order(S301), a step of changing the size of images according to the preference order(S311), and a step of displaying the images in the changed size on a screen. When the preference order includes a plurality of different preference orders, the images are displayed in different sizes according to the different preference orders. |
