An LED(Light-Emitting Diode) module for illumination is provided to improve a life span of an LED device and to reduce a maintenance cost of the module by minimizing heat resistance between the LED device and a heat radiating body to improve a heat radiating performance. An LED module for illumination includes a heat radiating substrate(10), a plurality of LED devices, a case(20), and a lens(30). The heat radiating substrate(10) is composed of an insulating substrate with an electrode pattern at an upper part, and a heat radiating body attached as single body at a lower part of the insulating substrate. The plurality of LED devices is installed at the heat radiating substrate(10). The case(20) has a hollow unit passing through upper/lower surfaces at a center, the heat radiating substrate(10) at the lower surface, and the LED devices inside the hollow unit. The lens(30) is installed at an upper part of the case(20). A lower light emitting film of a transparent material, a phosphor film having a phosphor, and an upper light emitting film of a transparent material are sequentially coated on an upper surface of the heat radiating substrate(10). |
