An incoming and distributing board is provided to enable a worker to replace a power device in a wide space and to prevent electric shock of the worker by installing a power device cart to be drawn from a housing of the incoming and distributing board and stopping power supply to the power device when the power device cart is drawn out. An incoming and distributing board(100) includes a housing having an inner space, a power device installed in the inner space of the housing for controlling supplied electricity, and a bus bar(104) for connecting an external power supply source and the power device. A power device cart(120) is installed to be slid as to the housing, and the power device is installed in the power device cart. A medium bus bar(106) is connected to the power device electrically, and is connected to the bus bar electrically. A clamping unit connects the medium bus bar to the bus bar electrically when the power device cart is inserted into the inner space of the housing, and disconnects the bus bar and the medium bus bar electrically when the power device cart is drawn out from the inner space of the housing. |
