An apparatus for sterilizing and purifying subterranean water of livestock production facilities contaminated with livestock waste organic matters is provided to feed sterilized and purified subterranean water to livestock by passing contaminated subterranean water of the livestock production facilities through a sterilizing and purifying apparatus using ultraviolet rays, photocatalyst, electrolysis, silver nanoparticle generator, etc. without using chemicals such as chlorine and potassium. An apparatus for sterilizing and purifying subterranean water of livestock production facilities contaminated with livestock waste organic matters comprises: a water tank(10) in which a photocatalytic ultraviolet ray irradiator(2) is embedded to consistently eliminate and sterilize mosses living on an inner wall(1) of the water tank; an ozone treatment tank(20) in which primarily sterilized subterranean water of the water tank passes through an ozone generating bulb irradiation layer; a photocatalytic treatment tank(30) in which secondly sterilized subterranean water of the ozone treatment tank passes through a photocatalytic reaction space; an electrolyzing tank(40) for electrolyzing thirdly sterilized subterranean water passing through a third discharge pipe(63), and adhering ozone and suspended solids generated during the sterilization to bubbles generated during the electrolysis; and a silver treating tank(50) for purifying the water by generating silver nanoparticles in fourthly sterilized subterranean water passing through the electrolyzing tank.
