<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the defective transfer of a contact type transfer means such as a transfer roller 70 by simple structure without requiring a plurality of power sources. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of resistor members R1 to R4 are arranged between the transfer roller 70 and a constant current power supply means 71.
