<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synchronous rectification switching regulator which shortens a delay time from inverse current detection to inverse current cutoff, and improves the performance and its control circuit and control method. <P>SOLUTION: If a symptom causing an inverse current is detected while voltage at a connection Lx1 is equal to an earth-termination voltage, or if the inverse current is detected while voltage at the connection Lx1 is greater than the earth-termination voltage; a low-level signal is output from a comparator 11 to turn off a third switching device M3 and to prevent a second switching device M2 from connecting to the earth-termination voltage, thus eliminating the inverse current from the output terminal OUT to the earth-termination voltage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
