<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device capable of always lighting either semiconductor light-emitting element. <P>SOLUTION: The light-emitting device 1 comprises three LED arrays 21a, 21b, and 21c, and three power input terminals 22a, 22b, 22c formed on an identical substrate 31 adhered to an insulating package (not shown). The three power input terminals 22a-22c are connected to one edge of the LED arrays 21a-21c each. The power input terminals 22a-22c are connected to output terminals 12a, 12b, 12c in a three-phase AC power supply P each.
