<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for suppressing expression of a target gene, containing liposome enclosing DNA (such as antisence DNA) or RNA (such as siRNA), suppressing expression of the target gene. <P>SOLUTION: The composition for suppressing expression of the target gene comprises a liposome having on the surface a first peptide containing a plurality of successive arginine residues, and DNA or RNA for suppressing expression of the target gene, wherein the DNA is enclosed in the liposome as an agglomerated state by a protamine or its derivative, and the RNA is enclosed in the liposome as an agglomerated state by a second peptide containing a plurality of successive arginine residues, or by its derivative modified with a hydrophobic group. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
