ELECTRONIC LOCK SYSTEM, NON-CONTACTING MEDIUM ISSUING APPARATUS AND ELECTRONIC LOCK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic lock system, a non-contacting medium issuing apparatus and an electronic lock capable of simply carrying out the expansion of a function of the electronic lock even by a user.

SOLUTION: An issuing apparatus 3 writes a program in a predetermined file provided in a memory area of a non-contacting medium 2 such as a non-contact type IC card etc. or a program area, and the existing memorized program is compiled. The electronic lock 4 reads the program written in the predetermined file provided inside of the memory area of the non-contacting medium 2 by the issuing apparatus 3 when the non-contacting medium 2 is located in a predetermined communication area, and processing is executed according to the procedure of the read program.
