<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed circuit board that can surely reduce power-supply noise. <P>SOLUTION: An island-shaped power supply conductive layer 24 and a power supply conductive layer 25 are connected by a conductive strip 37. Similarly, an island-shaped ground conductive layer and a ground conductive layer are connected by a conductive strip. Current is supplied to an electronic circuit component from the island-shaped power supply conductive layer 24 and the island-shaped power supply conductive layer. A capacitor is connected to the conductive strip. A power supply noise always passes through the conductive strip. As a result, the noises that come and go through the conductive strip flow into the capacitor without fail. Thus, the power supply noises are well controlled.
